As Flipboard federates its platform, public profiles will become discoverable and followable using search on any ActivityPub platform, such as Threads or Mastodon. Flipboard profiles will look just like they do on Flipboard, but will display the date your account was federated and the followers you have in the fediverse (not including your Flipboard app followers). You can change your profile description on Flipboard to be reflected throughout the fediverse.
