You can discover and follow accounts from Threads*, Mastodon and other federated social services via Flipboard in the following places:
Explore: Select the Search icon in the navigation bar and you'll see a new Fediverse tab with a list of featured accounts to follow. Fediverse profiles are also sprinkled throughout the featured sections in relevant categories in Explore. (Only available in the U.S. and Germany.)
Community tab: Select the Home icon and next to your For You feed, you’ll see Community. Updated weekly, this is where Flipboard’s editorial team features the best content collections and profiles to follow. (Only available in the U.S.)
Search: Select the Search icon and type a profile name into the search bar. See results in the new Fediverse Accounts section in the All and Social tabs.
Once you’ve followed an account that interests you, you'll see posts in the new Fediverse Activity carousel in your For You feed. You can also navigate to the accounts you’ve followed in Following, using the stacked square icon located in the navigation bar. Note that you will only see posts from the date that you’ve followed the account. If you’re the first person to follow the account on Flipboard, the profile will be empty until there is a new post.
These features are only available on Flipboard’s iOS and Android apps.

*Note: Only Threads accounts with fediverse sharing enabled can be discovered, followed and interacted with on Flipboard. If you want to follow someone from Threads on Flipboard, ask them to turn on fediverse sharing.
