In Surf, you can write a post, upload a picture or video, @-mention others, and decide whether your post is public or private. Select the pencil icon at the bottom right, next to the search bar, to get started.

If you want to post to a custom feed, use the specific hashtag to direct to it.

 Ensure the people you want to see your message are notified by @-mentioning them. Start typing their names and choosing the account from the dropdown list. Note that the same person may have several accounts on different servers.

You can add an image to the post by selecting the “picture” icon. Note that some features are unavailable and, therefore, greyed out. Stay tuned!
