Why is my account disabled?

If we detect suspicious activity, we may disable your account. When your account is disabled:

  • You cannot sign into the mobile app or Flipboard.com.
  • You will be signed out of all sessions across all devices you have signed into.

How do I re-enable my account?

You will need to contact Support to re-enable your account. We need to verify your ownership of the account before re-enabling it for you. Once re-enabled, you can sign in like usual.

Magazines Still Private

When you sign into your re-enabled account, your public Magazines will have been set to private. If you want to set them back to public, open your Magazine settings then toggle the privacy switch off.
