To reduce data usage and improve performance, recently downloaded images and other files are saved temporarily in a content cache.

If you view the same content again, this allows the app to quickly load the content directly from the cache (without having to re-download).

Clearing the content cache will delete all temporarily saved images and files.

To clear the cache:

Android

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Tap the Settings icon.
3. Select Content Cache.
4. Select Clear Cache.

On Android you can also configure:

• Location of the cache (external or internal storage)
• Maximum size of the cache (default is 128MB)

iOS

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Tap the Settings icon.
3. Select Clear content cache.

Web

There is no cache setting on the website. Use your browser to clear your cache.
