Flipboard Magazines are an easy way to collect and share interesting articles, videos, photos, podcasts, and more, not just for yourself but so others can follow along. You can also share Notes in your Magazines to start conversations with people who follow or contribute to your Magazine. With Notes, you can ask a question, share your ideas and create a dialog with people on Flipboard who share your interests. 

Contributors to your Magazine will now receive notifications when you add a Note to your Magazine. Followers of your Magazine may see your Note in their For You feed. You can also now @mention users in a Note.

Add a Note directly to your Magazine on iOS and Android

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Select the Magazine.
3. Select the Add to Magazine icon (pencil).
4. Write a Note and select Add.

Add a Note directly to your Magazine on web 

1. Go to your Profile. 
2. Select the Magazine.
3. Select the Add to Magazine button. 
4. Write a Note and select Next. 
5. Confirm your Magazine and select Add. 

Add to any Magazine from the page header (web only)

1. Tap + Create a Flip at the top right of any page in Flipboard on the web.
2. Write a Note and select Next. 
3. Choose an existing Magazine or create a new one and select Add.
