To enable the new local features, make sure you’ve downloaded the latest version of the app on an Android phone or iOS device in the US or Canada. The location-based local prompt is not yet available on Android tablets. We are working to add this feature in the near future.

In the meantime, the topics are still available to you by manually searching for local cities in the Search tab.
