Muting works for "algorithmic feeds" like Topics or the For You feed. But not for "Curated feeds", meaning handpicked feeds like Magazines or sections picked out by our editors such as "Ten for Today" or "News".

Muting is also different from choosing "Show less like this". That feature will show fewer similar stories, but not none.
