There are two types of ads on Flipboard: ones we serve you and ones publishers place inside stories.

Advertising Inside Stories

Clicking on a story loads a web version on the publisher's site. Some sites include intrusive advertising. You can greatly reduce the advertising you see inside stories by using Reader Mode. You can toggle between Web View and Reader Mode at the top.

Flipboard Advertising

We try our best to serve relevant and beautiful ads to users. At this time, there is no way to hide them. However, if you have specific feedback regarding any of our ads please send us your feedback by reporting the ad. Just click the ⋮ at the bottom right of the ad in your feed and then select a reason.
