Your Speed Dial is the set of six feeds in your bottom toolbar (next to search) and in your sidebar below home. It gives you quick access to your go-to feeds, automatically showing a mix of the ones you visit most and those you’ve recently engaged with.

Want more control? Tap the ⋯ menu on any feed and select Pin to Speed Dial to add it.
