Contact Us in the upper right corner
Our support team generally replies to tickets in less than 24 hours. To see our reply, tap the gear icon, then
Help & Feedback and look for the notification in the upper right corner next to Contact Us.
If you’re using an Android device:
1. Tap the gear icon to open Flipboard's Settings
Help & Feedback and tap the message icon in the upper right corner
To see our reply, tap the gear icon, then
Help & Feedback and look at message icon in the upper right corner. If it's red, you have a reply waiting for you.
If you’re using Flipboard for the Web:
When possible, it's always better to connect with our support team from inside the mobile app.

1. Swipe to the left from the right side edge of the screen to open the Action Center
2. Tap to exit Tablet Mode
3. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner
4. Choose Settings, then Help
